Swim Meet 101

Meet Schedule Meets are always scheduled to begin at 6pm Warm ups: (In person) Home team 5pm-5:30 and Visitors 5:30-6pm if Virtual this means both teams swim at their own pool warm ups will be 5:30
Volunteer Check in For Home Meets volunteers are needed to help with set up of the pool deck beginning at 4:30pm (removing lounge chairs, placing lane lines and placing flags etc). All volunteers must check in with TSA Reps no later than 5:30 and host team will lead a volunteer meeting at 5:45pm. 
What to bring (and what not to bring)
  • Swimmers- Meet swimsuit, goggles, Team issued swim cap, towel(s), water bottle, snacks, Optional: money for concessions (these differ by pool)
  • Spectators- Water, Chairs (depending on location), Wahoo spirit wear! 

Etiquette Please follow all pool rules and be welcoming and courteous to visiting teams. At away meets please be gracious and leave spaces better than they were found. 

TSA requests that meet assignments are completed the Sunday prior to the scheduled meet and communication will occur as quickly as possible to participating families. This requires commitments and attendance to be reported the week prior to the meet as early as possible.
